As a CWE resident, you may purchase a seasonal pass to use the pool and tennis courts of the Cedarwood Estates Master Association, Inc. 

 

For 2024 it is/was $500 per family. Will update as needed for 2025.

Those interested should download the form at the button/link below, fill out the form and mail the form along with a check made out to ‘CEMA’ with ‘2025 pool/court membership’ on the Memo line to the IPM address below.

Once the check clears IPM will notify CEMA Treasurer, who is also the keeper of the court keys and he will coordinate with the new member for the key.

• On an annual basis, CEMA decides whether to make the amenities available to the CWE residents. 

 

• If available, you can obtain a combination to the swimming pool and tennis court key/combo from the CEMA Property Manager.
