Send your completed form with attachments to ARC Chair & secretary, Judy Upjohn jupjohn@mac.com

 

Depending upon the change, the BOD may first need to approve the change BEFORE ARC can proceed.  If the BOD must approve the change, then the ARC secretary will notify you of next steps.

• One of the ARC members will contact you as soon as possible. Please allow at least two weeks for larger project review. If additional info is needed, the committee will contact you within that period.

 

• No physical work should begin on your project until you have approval from the Architectural Review Committee, to proceed.

 

• Any changes/modifications to the proposed plan must be resubmitted, in writing, to the Architectural Review Committee for their review and approval.

 

• If your change is rejected, the Architectural Review Committee will inform you as to why it was rejected.

 

• Please keep a copy of the APPROVED request form for your records.
